Welcome to the Swedish Club of Tampa Bay

 We are a social club that serves the Scandinavian community here in Tampa Bay.

Our Mission:

  •  To locate join together people interested in Swedish heritage. Swedes, Swedish descendants and others.
  •  To enlighten others about Swedish culture and traditions through special events.
  •  To educate in the Swedish language.
  • To promote and preserve the authentic tradition of Sweden

We will host monthly gatherings like Swedish Movie Night, Wine Tasting, Brännboll Tournaments, Panncake & Peasoup and more….

 Our School:

We offer Swedish school for children where we teach about various themes that are related to Sweden and it’s culture. Our Swedish School meets on bi-weekly basis and classes are 1 1/2 – 2hr, and will all be taught in Swedish by a Swedish teacher. We will offer books and movies (in Swedish) for all children to borrow.

Adults interested in learning Swedish are welcome to participate, though classes are geared towards children at this time.
